Thanks for the honey recipes. We get great local honey here in Germany and I'm always looking for new ways to cook with it. I'll be trying your first salad recipe for dinner tonight, though with added grilled chicken as my husband doesn't understand a meal without meat. :)

One question - you don't say what to do with the syrup, but I presume I just toss is with the leaves as well?

And thanks for the photo of New Zealand! I'm flying there (home) on Saturday and your photo makes the anticipation even sweeter. I'll be sure to eat some Manuka honey and think of you.
