What is it? It doesn't look like jelly fish to me. Love the color of the water, its a beautiful picture.

Mangrove jellyfish. They only have a mild sting, so you can get close to photograph them. They spend most of their time lying on a shallow bottom, absorbing sunlight, to feed the algae they host. The byproduct of this photosynthesis in turn feeds the jellyfish. Thanks for the lovely comments!
